Requests for absentee ballots are available at the town office. Any voter, family member or authorized person can request an early voter absentee ballot. A voter, family member or health care provider may request a ballot by phone. One request can cover the Annual Town Meeting, State Primary, And State Elections, if the ballots are to be sent to the same address. Absentee ballots requests are good for 1 year only. Each year a new request must be made. Voters who want to vote by absentee ballot may apply to the Clerk no later than 5 p.m. or the closing of the Town Clerk’s office on the day before the elections. All absentee ballot must be returned to the Town Clerk no later than 7 p.m. on election day.
